Annual Support 2017

From January 2017 we will be offering a complete support package at a cost of £100.00 ex VAT per farm. This support package will include telephone support, member access to online video tutorials and early alerts on product offers.

(Telephone calls to our support line will be charged at a rate of £1.00 ex VAT per minute for non-subscription customers).

We will first ask about your farm and what’s important to you to get a good idea of which solution would fit into your operation.
At install, we will give driver training either on the day or when it suits you, so you’re left confident in the knowledge that you and your workforce know exactly how to use your new investment.
Thanks to our dedicated support line, if you come across something you don’t understand, we are there to help. We also offer extended harvest support hours so if you’re working, so are we.
Although your Trimble product comes with at least one year’s warranty (in some cases it is two years), we now offer extended warranty programs, covering you for up to 5 years after the invoice date, so you can rest assured your product is already looked after financially.
