We have complete faith that our excellent products will meet and exceed your expectations so if they do not perform to your satisfaction, we would much prefer to sort out any problem than take anything back.
However in the unlikely event that we absolutely cannot resolve your issues, we will accept items for return.
EZ-Products can be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the item, and provided the item is in its original packaging and condition, a full refund will be offered.
