When am I able to call the office?
The office phone lines are open between 8am and 5am monday to friday. Outside of these hours you will need to call your local support engineer.

How long do you take to respond to emails?
We endeavour to answer all of our emails within 3 working days. At peak periods this can sometimes be difficult, but be assured that we will do our best to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible.

Where can I send mail to?
Please send all correspondence to our head office as detailed on the contact page, addressed to William Mumford.

Do your prices include VAT?
No, VAT will be added at the checkout at 20%.
